Dogon – Portrait einer Kultur

Book

A visual concept has been developed for the book “Dogon – Portrait einer Kultur” that shows full-page images in the illustrative part of the book. The text is printed on translucent layers creating a transparency that is continued by a perspex binding for the cover design. The innovative tie rod binding was developed especially for this book, which is published in the “Edition Satimbe”. It is the aim of this edition to publish books with high-quality design for a charitable purpose at a moderate price. A share of 20,00 Euro of the sales price benefits the association “Dogon-Schulen e.V.”.
