These posters are a graphic depiction of domestic violence. A ring and a necklace are normally symbols of love and marriage. But here we see a badly bruised finger with the bruise in the shape of a ring and strangulation marks around the neck ending with a large teardrop. Domestic violence destroys people and marriages; it leaves only wounds and sadness. This poster reminds us of how serious the problem of domestic violence is and that we need to help where help is needed.
