However, traditional cookware does not function optimally on this kind of cooktop. That’s why BergHOFF Worldwide has developed a unique range of cookware for downdraft stovetops. In a world premiere, BergHOFF is launching two downdraft cookware ranges that prevent heat loss for energy-efficient cooking and direct the odors and vapors from inside the pot directly to the counter-level exhaust fan of a downdraft cooktop.
