Dental device

This portable unit is designed for in-home dental visits. To make the equipment more portable, it was designed in two parts with a unified appearance. Aiming for the smallest size to prioritize portability, as well as easier use than conventional products, each part was created using 3D printer technology. As a medium-volume series, the designers chose aluminum sheet metal and resin pressure molding instead of injection molding to harmonize reliability and affinity.
