The Dräger X-Plore 8000 powered air purifying respirator filters hazardous substances out of the ambient air, reliably protecting the user. The blower comfortably delivers the filtered air directly to the user’s headpiece such as hoods, masks or helmets with visors. An intuitive interaction concept follows throughout the entire system, starting with the operational control all the way through to acoustic feedback. The uniform color-coding of the controls and buttons rounds off the “Plug and Go” concept. Due to thorough ergonomic research, the system ensures a maximum degree of comfort even when working on tasks requiring extensive movement.
