Our platform is an online consultation, not telehealth, so pet owners can even consult with a vet who has never treated the pet offline. Also, these consultations are based on previous medical records, so vets can respond quickly and accurately. Plus medical records can be accessed automatically by any participating clinic within the app. Finally, many pet owners are afraid to visit the clinic due to the ongoing pandemic, and we hope our platform can present them with a new paradigm for pet health.
