Digital camera

SONY Corporation

The DSC-T7 is a card-type digital camera that is only 9.8 mm deep at the thinnest point. The body is made of stainless steel and its slim feel was emphasized even further through the rounding of the upper corners. To enhance the high-quality feel imparted by the stainless steel, a hairline textural finish was applied, showing the designer’s commitment in even the finest details. Bearing in mind the need for stability during shooting, a panel on the right-hand side, to which a wrist strap can be affixed, was designed quite wide, providing an adequate place to rest one’s fingers. Furthermore, the shooting-mode settings can easily be controlled using only the left hand, as the relevant buttons are all located on the left-hand side of the camera’s rear face. Overall, the camera has an uncomplicated feel in keeping with its functional design.
