Traditional MR head coils do nothing to put patients at ease when undergoing an MRI procedure, but also make it harder for technicians and radiologists. The Flip-Top Head Coil is a revolutionary design that significantly improves workflow, usability, and aesthetics. It can be used one-handed and enables a single-step set-up/release for the scan. By replacing hard plastics with soft EVA foam, the coil top is 70% lighter and therefore much easier to use. The flexible material also allows for easier adjustment to get coils closer to the body for higher image quality.
