A small house of 63 sqm, limited by its height and can’t employ the vertical stacking, it redesigns the living, dining, and kitchen areas while retaining a study room for the owners to work from home. With simple color schemes, thin-thick contrasts, and transparent new materials, it reduces visual disturbance, effectively managing multiple tasks without clutter, and showing the charm of a small home. Limited by the building height, a composite layout is adopted to accommodate various functions. Visual disturbance reduction makes the multifunctional small house appear neat. New materials are used to solve design challenges under a low budget.
