Functional pan surface

duratec is a special surface finish: The coating material forms a bond with the foundation. This glass-like surface offers various advantages. duratec can be heated up to 400 °C with induction or gas flame without a problem. Its extreme mechanical durability means that metal utensils can be used freely in the pan. The non-stick surface is comparable to that of a PTFE coating (PTFE = polytetrafluoroethylene), but it contains no materials that are damaging to human health. duratec is guaranteed dishwasher safe, and unlike conventional surfaces, it is available in various colors.
