DUSTED OFF – OF FLOWERS AND THEIR VISITORS

Permanent exhibition

Amidst the vibrant flutter of butterflies, visitors can experience the fascinating diversity of pollination. In a unique interplay with the Butterfly House, which the Palmengarten reopened for its 150th anniversary, the new permanent exhibition puts nature first. Thanks to the illustrations of insect tracks and the use of bright pollen yellow, the design is as lively as nature itself. The spacious greenhouse scene offers ample room to scamper and explore. Numerous hands-on elements make knowledge tangible and call visitors from all generations to action to protect biodiversity.
