The Earthquake Light Helmet is a safety device for the general public. It is designed to be installed in various public pathway lights around the city, intersections, parks, playgrounds and other open spaces. The collapsible helmet design can be adapted to various head sizes. The anti-collision foam material increases comfort when wearing the helmet and is highly protective. The new pathway lamp setup and design provide solar panels and charging ports to support the operation and charging of lighting, light helmets and communication equipment in case of power failure.
The idea of linking helmet and lighting system is briliant, even if some doubts remain about the capability of protection. It is also space-saving and has a simple, eye-catching design form.
