The cup and straw are designed with a V valve at the head of the straw which is a safety mechanism to prevent splashing, leakage and choking. The design of the valve is very clever and easy to use; when the straw is in the baby's mouth, the valve will open to allow liquid to pass. The valve will close automatically, when the straw is not in the baby's mouth. The cup also has a hollow silicone handle which feels as comfortable to hold as a mother's fingers. It can reduce any damage to the baby.
