During infusion, it is often difficult to observe the surplus because of the transparent infusion pouch, so we don't know when to ask the nurse to change the drip. This is especially true for elderly people with impaired vision. Through this design, the elderly can see for themselves when their infusion bag needs changing, thereby reducing age inequality and promoting the self-esteem of elderly patients. The front sticker of the infusion bag is the same as an ordinary label, which is printed with medical information, while the inside surface is printed with a diagonal line that makes it much easier to see how much liquid remains in the pouch.
This simple yet powerful design uses the liquid refraction effect to make it easier for patients to see how much remains in the transfusion pouch. This is a great example of how a slight change to an existing design can have a major impact.
