This design is an improvement on one of the most ubiquitous of food and beverage packaging forms: the PET bottle. The main innovation is that, unlike most bottles, the band opens along with the cap, leaving only the recyclable PET bottle. This saves effort in the recycling process. Also, as the cap is higher than most, the user enjoys a better grip when opening.
