This packaging uses corrugated cardboard as both design element and eco-friendly material. The smart structural design makes full use of the physical characteristics of corrugated cardboard so that the eggs are partially displayed but with enough cushioning to protect them during transport. The entire packaging requires no glue for assembly. The outer packaging box and inner tray are all one piece that is simply folded into place to hold the eggs. This simple solution of just one sheet of cardboard reduces production costs and materials, is easy to assemble, and offers high recyclability and protection of the environment.
