The WeDex-48 Eco-Friendly Water-based Paint Microwave Drying Machine uses microwave drying technology to dry water-based paint. The machine consists of a microwave chamber, a buffer chamber, and a shielded door. This design reduces drying times by 90 percent compared to similar products, which mainly use natural drying, infrared drying, UV drying, hot air drying, and other technologies. It is controlled through a human-machine interface and PLC, which can be set to automate the heating process, optimize power consumption and reduce costs.
