Tableware

The EDO sushi board, which gets its name from the former designation for the city of Tokyo, was designed in three different models. It is available with a Corian® inlay running the entire length of the board or with a circular or square dip bowl. Each style of bowl features an extremely thin, black line, which is used to bond the materials and also serves as a visual separator. EDO’s base is made of solid, oiled iroko wood and Corian® in a multi-level finish. The board is manufactured using only leftover materials from serial furniture production.
