The Eee PC Seashell KR (Karim Rashid) collection is an evolution of the Eee PC Seashell design language. It maintains the advantages from the earlier 1008HA model – slim shape, smooth to the touch, ports hidden behind doors and a unique VGA adapter. ASUS cooperated with famous designer Karim Rashid to make an outstandingly styled netbook that is like a fashion accessory. The inspiration for the device’s unique surface is the digital age. Visually representing the flow of information through technology, the organic forms send ripples through space. The materials and textures excite our senses.
