Ball lock pin

The Halder ball lock pin is a self-locking single-acting lock pin, for quick fastening, fixing, adjusting, changing and securing with newly designed technical layout. Only by pressing down the elastic grip the ball lock or reset is actuated by means of the grips’ elastic force. No spring is needed which saves costs, makes mounting easier and the production more efficient. Quickly and easily unlockable, this lock is especially designed for frequently repeated connections. Apart from the technical innovation the elastic ergonomic grip with its larger pressing surface provides an easier handling with enhanced haptics. The grips’ composition of two materials offers a great variety of design possibilities suitable for multiple applications, even beyond the technical sectors, e.g. sports, leisure, medical healing and remedial instruments and apparatuses, machine construction and engineering. The attractive twin-coloured appearance of the ball lock pin can be adapted to nearly any customers’ wish.
