Police cars are stuck on the road, and later vehicles won't know the situation. An Emergency Accidents Guidance UAV, which is normally located in the rear of a police car, will fly to the accident point and open its arms in case of an accident, then guide the vehicles and pedestrians to leave. It can also stay in the nearby streets to prevent vehicles from entering the area of the accident.
