Employment for homeless
Labor inclusion
The objective of this project is to allow people in a situation of extreme socio-economic and housing emergency to get out of poverty permanently. To achieve this, the Fundación Cultura de Trabajo (Work Culture Foundation) carries out labor intermediation actions, advice for job interviews, provision of clothing, supplies and work tools, public transport expenses and previous and post employment support to promote job stability and maintenance by the employee. Likewise, the objective of expanding and strengthening the Corporate Social Responsibility actions of organizations that have job vacancies is pursued.
This is not only about reducing poverty through the reintegration of workers, but also about cooperating with companies, which can thereby expand their social responsibility. This is an excellent initiative that will change the lives of many people and the places where they live!
