Labor inclusion

The objective of this project is to allow people in a situation of extreme socio-economic and housing emergency to get out of poverty permanently. To achieve this, the Fundación Cultura de Trabajo (Work Culture Foundation) carries out labor intermediation actions, advice for job interviews, provision of clothing, supplies and work tools, public transport expenses and previous and post employment support to promote job stability and maintenance by the employee. Likewise, the objective of expanding and strengthening the Corporate Social Responsibility actions of organizations that have job vacancies is pursued.

JURY STATEMENT

This is not only about reducing poverty through the reintegration of workers, but also about cooperating with companies, which can thereby expand their social responsibility. This is an excellent initiative that will change the lives of many people and the places where they live!

WINNER STATEMENT

In a world that does not see people on the street and their employment needs, the iF SOCIAL IMPACT PRIZE turned on the light so that more people can become aware of this sad reality and be part of the change. The prizemoney is needed to increase the project's visibility on social networks and other media for more companies trust their job vacancies at the Fundación Cultura de Trabajo and give a job opportunity to those who no one gives it to. With labor inclusion, people in street situations access a roof and rebuild their social and family ties.
