The main idea of the project was to provide an immersion for customers in a food market with extraordinary quality in a simple environment, where the products were the main attraction of the store. The ambiance and lighting helped to create an atmosphere of an old emporium, reminiscent of small Italian food stores. Fasano is the largest luxury brand in Latin America and its history is built on the indisputable quality of its restaurants and, more recently, on the brand's hotels. The construction of the emporium was a strategic step and the brand's first experience in the food retail environment.
