Ending GBV- The Mbokodo & iNtsika yeThemba Project

Innovative community human rights project

The Justice Desk's Mbokodo & iNtsika yeThemba project are working to end gender based violence in a holistic & transformative way! Young people are being supported, equipped & educated to challenge human rights violations & address the root causes of systemic injustice. The Mbokodo Project works with survivors of GBV and the iNstika yeThemba ('Pillars of Hope') Project works with young boys without positive male role models. Through the projects, young people are supported to heal, be empowered, advocate & learn key skills through self-defense training & outdoor based education. Together, they are building an equal future free from violence!
