Energy lamp
Lighting equipment
In Africa and many other poor areas, people hardly have lighting tools at nights. They tend to use kerosene lamps for lighting, which not only pollutes the environment, but also does harm to their health. The electric power lamp that I designed makes use of solar energy to charge the lamp, which can help them walk at dark nights.
An idea for a lamp thatâs extremely practical and easy to put into practice. This robust flashlight/lamp is charged up with solar energy during the day and can then be used to light up the night, something that anyone can understand, something very practical you need and use.
WINNER STATEMENTIt is a great honor to receive the iF DESIGN TALENT AWARD 2017, topic: Public Value, Life & Humanity – Living Together. To keep it short: a deep-felt thank you to all the people who helped me. I want to keep this power going in my future work, and I am very happy that my hard work has paid off.
