This book is the report on the workshop “Enrich the experience of travellers at airports by designing interventions with a conscious emotional effect”. Not only the results of the workshop at the end made it visible, but also the structured design process and the application of the emotion theory. Sketches are shown as they hung on the wall during the workshop. The used Post-its have been incorporated directly, while bright, fluorescent orange stickers highlight the emotions in the book at various laces. “Enriching” looks like a real sketchbook: raw and unfinished, but visibly made with great care and love.
