This electronic video endoscopy system examines digestive organs such as stomach and intestine and aids in the formation of a diagnosis. It uses LEDs of three different wavelengths and switches from normal observation with white light to BLI, highlighting fine blood vessels and patterns below the mucous membrane. The LCI highlighting reveals subtle color differences of mucous membrane caused by inflammation. This supports cancer and lesion detection. The soft rounded shape communicates cleanliness and an unintimidating impression for patients.
