Episode Suyu 838 is the largest single building among global co-living brands, with commercial and residential facilities and shared spaces from the basement to the 23rd floor, with 838 households. Collective B designed 10,928.3m2 of the shared space, which aims to provide a sustainable lifestyle for diverse people living together. As a result, 80% of the furniture and props are manufactured with recycled materials, which reduces approximately three tons of carbon emissions. In addition, most finishing materials have minimized secondary processing and naturally decomposed or recyclable ones to reduce industrial waste.
