This high-end model features specs that, based on our research, a professional would require, including that 80GB HDD and four-color LCD “Photo Fine Ultra”. We sought to achieve button shape and layout conducive to rapid image processing throughput, as well as protection for the liquid crystal screen and HDD, and we also went out of our way to give the product a shape to make it easy to grip. We also gave the P-5000 a black exterior, with no gloss that could interfere with the LCD’s color reproduction, along with aluminum to convey the product’s high-end quality, shock-absorbent rubber, and no-slip materials.
