The sales and reception center for Autumn Village apartment by ERC Group was designed to upend the stereotype of a property sales center, thanks to its partnership with a prominent independent local bookstore. In an effort to follow an alternative marketing model, the building offers an array of functions, including cafe, bookstore and reception center. The rooms can be used to host a variety of activities, such as art exhibitions, lectures and cultural events. This mixed-use architecture and the unique modern design have proved successful, drawing a public that appreciates the innovative and pleasant atmosphere.
