01 is a device designed for helping the user have an enjoyable sleep experience, including reduced sleep latency, enhanced deep sleep, and reduced wake-up drowsiness. The device functions rely on sound therapy, light effect, and techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, the app contains various ambient themes (light effect, sound) that promote specific activities, such as relaxation, focus, and meditation. The device can also be used as a Bluetooth speaker and a pendant light.
