The EXCT is distinguished by its high dynamics, its flexibility and its compact design. With a cycle rate of more than 90 picks per minute, it is the most dynamic alternative to previous gantries as a complete solution. It’s characterized by Festo’s typical, application-oriented layout and design. Its minimal moving mass reduces power consumption and thus operating costs as well. It’s used primarily in processes with high cycle rates, for example in electronics manufacturing and medical technology, as well as in end of line packaging.
