Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan “EARTH MART”

experiential design

Created for Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, the EARTH MART Pavilion invites visitors to think about life through eating. Inspired by Japan’s rich food culture, it explores environmental and hunger issues while presenting new possibilities shaped by technology. The space reimagines a supermarket as an imaginary market of life, where stories unfold through living materials and sensory expression. By rethinking everyday norms, visitors rediscover gratitude, kindness, and the quiet joy of mealtime—carrying home a renewed appreciation for the cycles that sustain us all.
