Home and studio

TYarchistudio

This artist's apartment located in Tainan, Taiwan, functions as a working studio and home away from home for the artist. This project began with the idea of extending the artist's own creative style and media to a new interior. The idea was to extend the linear qualities and patterns of textiles. Because the space has no visual barriers, the apartment is very welcoming of natural light. It is clean and bright without too much use of color. The pureness of the space emphasizes the vivid works of art that adorn the walls. A variety of textiles also adds a vivid note to the space, giving it a personal touch.
