School entrance hall
The project’s core design strategy is to facilitate information dissemination while effectively controlling the visual information. Curved white steel panels extending upwards toward the ceiling were employed to serve as bulletin boards. The original brick walls of the school building bear the traces of time while accentuating the white panels. The controlled spread of light creates a reflective atmosphere and overcomes the limited size of the space and its lack of natural lighting. Furthermore, track lighting was added for flexibility, allowing the area to be used for exhibitions and activities.
