Taking inspiration from the aesthetics of low polygon classic computer games, this collection reimagines the manipulation of light and shadow on objects, creating an abstract interplay of illuminative forms. Light falling upon the multifaceted sides of each basin is consistently uniform on every facet, yielding a distinctive interplay of well-defined shading lines that stand in contrast to the gradual shading observed on smoother surfaces. The outcome prompts the observer to re-evaluate the interplay of light, shadow, and colour, and their interaction with a new architectural form.
