FAMI-TOGRAM is a pictogram composed of a family group. It is a compound word of family and pictogram, which has a meaning of a relative-like neighbor, a Korean culture that sees neighbors more like family members. It is arranged with lively, unique and friendly characters rather than ones cast in geometric shapes. Men, the elderly and children of FAMI-TOGRAM represent a friendly next-door uncle, an open-minded upstairs grandpa, and a dear little nephew. Composed with the members of a large family, it will provide a sign system that guides visitors as if they were at home throughout the various community facilities within the residential area.
