Faszinarium Stör

Exhibition

In the exhibition Faszinarium Stör (Fascinarium Sturgeon), nature enthusiasts may join one of the world’s oldest species on its journey through currents of water and time. Through the translucent panels, visitors delve into an atmospheric underwater world, where they can discover intriguing facts about the different kinds of sturgeon, their erstwhile habitats, the reasons for their drastic decline, and today’s efforts for their reintroduction. Air bubbles containing fascinating questions and answers guide the way. At the river bottom, large felt pebbles invite visitors to take a moment and relax.
