Functional Acceptance Test Assistant

Philips

The FAT (Functional Acceptance Test) AI Assistant Test System has achieved the electronification of the ultrasound transducer testing process. The focus of this project is to systematically optimize the FAT procedure, including workflow redesign, integration of AI defect detection, simplified report generation, and efficient evidence storage. The innovative workflow has completely replaced the traditional test way, but the combination of AI algorithms and intuitive and easy-to-use operation panels has significantly improved testing efficiency and accuracy, minimizing product quality risks in ultrasound factories and reducing training costs.
