In 2011 the bowel cancer foundation “Felix Burda Stiftung” celebrated its 10th anniversary. On this occasion the foundation published an anniversary book, which aims to encourage readers to undergo cancer screenings and to raise general awareness of this cancer form. With this in mind, the book has been divided into three sections, each with a different design. Every part has been assigned a symbol: the colon as a punctuation mark stands for “Listen”, quotation marks stands for “Talk” and the exclamation mark for “Act”. This triad describes both the work of the foundation and the process when you are dealing with the topic bowel cancer.
