The FDR CROSS is a new hybrid c-arm and portable x-ray imaging solution. This unique system offers fluoroscopic and radiographic image capture for pre, post and intra operative imaging in a single platform. Clinicians can also switch between three panel sizes in accordance with the imaging needs of each case, while onboard battery power and wireless communication with monitors provide completely wireless operation that simplifies cable management in crowded ORs. This is achieved within a lightweight system that offers mobility. The approach taken by FDR CROSS has the potential to support new workflows for x-ray imaging in surgery.
