FEI Manual User Interface

Microscope control panel

The FEI Manual User Interface (MUI) is the desktop device used by researchers during material science innovation to control dual-beam electron-microscopes used in research to understand structural and compositional details of materials or to create fully functional prototypes at nanoscale level. Designed in consultation with users the MUI brings together input requirements in the form of a keyboard with dials and buttons that combine to control the microscope. The ergonomic design and control layout enhance user workflow and productivity in an esthetic that is a worthy touch point between user and the scientific world of FEI microscopes.
