Banking is in a radical paradigm shift: in the future, banking will mostly be done from home or the smartphone on the go. In cooperation with Fiducia’s banking experts, a design concept for a new banking ecosystem has been created. It provides a highly efficient workplace for consultants in a distributed working environment and remote coaching interactions for customers from home. The app enables daily banking actions, and the ecosystem aims for a personal, trustworthy remote relationship.
