The FIT Campus recognizes that the present and near future mark an era of rapid transformation. In this fast-changing world, it aims to provide a system-level architectural solution that creates spaces ready for next-generation technologies while remaining responsible, safe, and healthy for society. Located in an industrial district in central Seoul, the project transforms an old commercial building through the adoption of DfMA and embedded IoT systems to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enable flexible spatial control and operation. It redefines architecture as a living infrastructure that adapts, performs, and evolves over time.
