The latest Defendi S4 series short furnace is adopted in the FLAT series cookers. The tilted fire hole increases the firing angle and adjustments of the firing area make the firepower more concentrated. In addition, the design of upper and lower air inlets of the furnace is also helpful for complete combustion of fuel gas. We adopt SCHOTT high-end glass ceramics for the glass panel, which can resist thermal shock and enable a more stable performance. The design of the tilted pan frame and the oblique cut of the knob as well as the serialized furnace style create a perfect cooking experience for the user.
