As part of a broad strategic evolution plan, Flos wanted to effectively understand the needs of lighting professionals, accompanying them throughout the design process and redesigning its digital touchpoints. A digital platform dedicated to professional users was designed, whose goal is to reach each segment of the target audience and their different levels of expertise in the world of lighting. It is a flexible platform that can contain tools and services useful for design and, at the same time, communicate the heritage and culture of the Flos world.
