Folding-fan Shower

Shower

Different showers of different sizes bring different experiences, but switching the modes is troublesome. We want to solve this problem and make the transition more fluent and elegant. We found a traditional Chinese object, folding fan, to help us solve this problem. A folding fan changes its area through folding, which inspired us to utilize this design. When using Folding-fan Shower, you can press the button on the handle to control the change of shower area, which creates different showering experiences. The shape of the shower comes from traditional Chinese folding fan, showing a different kind of Oriental flavor.

JURY STATEMENT

This design, with a unique traditional charm, transfers the experience of using a folding fan to a bathroom context. It permits different forms that could bring different experience and feelings to users.
