This phone is a design collaboration model of Stefano Giovannoni, NTT DoCoMo,Inc. and NEC Corporation. Its exterior design comes from a unique concept "bi-box", which means two boxes are sticked together with a belt in the middle. Moreover, it gives "two faces" impression from highly contrasted colors of exterior and interior. Stefano Giovannoni also designed the hinge not as a mechanical component to be hidden but as a facinating element for users. This phone features 3.6Mbps HSDPA (High-speed Downlink Packet Access), large 3.0inch wide VGA LCD, and AudioEngine developed by YAMAHA, which makes users enjoy music contents more and more.
