Backcountry jacket

DECATHLON

Since the wearer is already carrying a heavy load, it was essential to make a coat he could forget about, allowing a greater freedom of movement thanks to the low-weight design. A minimum number of seams reduces the amount of chafing. This jacket has two large, easily accessible ventilation panes under the arms to ventilate the wearer’s body, plus two hand pockets and one chest pocket with a watertight zipper closure. The hood closure inside the coat eliminates any dangling strings which could get in the way or catch on things. The pockets are made of netting for reduced weight.
