Since 1991, the Förderverein Kinderkrankenhaus Amsterdamer Straße Köln e. V. has been a point of contact for people wanting to help diseased children without committing themselves to a specific project. The donations received are important because the funds of the municipal administration are limited, and fast and non-bureaucratic financial support to hospitals such as the children's hospital is urgently needed. Only with the incoming donations is it possible for many projects to be realized at all, which contributes to the medical and nursing care offered by hospitals.
